Returns & Refunds Policy – SERAVA

Yes, returns are accepted.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and components.

  2. The product must not be damaged due to improper or careless handling.

  3. Items that require hygiene standards must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Approved returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.


How to Request a Return

Include the following details:

Order number

Reason for return

Photo evidence (if damaged or defective)

Customer full name

Return address

Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Do not send returns to the sender address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia.
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.


Order Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)

You may request cancellation within 30 days of receiving your goods, provided the items are returned to us.

Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

If your order is already in transit:

Cancellation is not possible until delivery is completed

You must wait for delivery and then follow the return process

We recommend providing shipping confirmation when returning items to ensure faster processing.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds will be issued within 14 days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed using the original payment method

No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.
